I’m Marta,

a project manager, product marketing manager with over 10 years of experience building, growing, and promoting online brands and products. My expertise spans across e-commerce, B2B platforms, apps, consumer products, and SaaS.

I specialize in product positioning, go-to-market strategies, customer discovery, market research with competitive analysis, product lifetime management, and everything related to product strategy – be it product management (what to build) or designing sales funnels and increasing customer lifetime value with omnichannel marketing (how to promote existing product/offer).

As a certified Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner with a background in Consumer Psychology (Master’s Degree), I combine customer-centric product strategy with agile development.

I’m comfortable working in three languages: English (C1), Polish (C2), and Spanish (B2).

I live in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, and frequently travel to Warsaw, Poland, my hometown. For the past 10 years, I have been working on remote international projects, which I find to be my preferred work environment, with occasional travel.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of a lovely never-stopping toddler.  While product marketing is my passion, I also spend my free time hiking, playing padel, and taking long walks on the beaches of Gran Canaria.
